A roll and some scooting!

A little spit up and some grunts but here is a video of Braden rolling over and try to scoot towards his favorite new trains.

Sweet little toes!

Here is Braden talking to us while playing with his toes! =)

More Pumpkins!

When we got home from Houston we cut open a pumkin and took some pictures of Braden in them! He was super cute! About 1 minute after we put him in it he started eating the side of it! =) So his first food was pumpkin! At least it was healthy for him! =)

4 Months Old!!!

Wow the last four months has gone incredibly fast! Braden is moving soooo much! The doctor said that part of the reason he is skinny could be from the fact that he moves so much! He has started rolling over and usually makes it about 75% of the time when he tries. He is grabbing everything too! We have to be very careful about what we are holding when we are carrying him now. =) He's a very curious one! You can tell from the pics below how much he has grown!

Braden's 4 month bday was a very historic one. It was election day! He outfit was perfect because not only did it say Happy 4th but it was also patriotic. Yes it's for the 4th of July but it doesn't say July. =)

Galveston

On the weekend we went down to Galveston. Braden slept once we got to the city which was really nice because we could both see the town. Wow you can really see how beautiful the town is and could be. There are a lot of really pretty old houses, but there is also a lot of destruction. They need a lot of prayer and help!

There were quite a few random boats out of water. The biggest one was in the historic downtown area about a block from the boat docks. Seeing how small the rudder is compared to the boat reminded me of the Bible verse James 3:3-5 which talks compares a boat's rudder to our tounges and how such a small thing can do so much. Just makes you think about how we need to speak nicely to each other ... we need to encourage not discourage.

Happy Halloween!

Since we weren't home for Halloween we didn't do much for Halloween. We did dress Braden up a little though. He was a pumkin, thanks to Grandma Dianna! Also thanks to Great Grandma and Grandpa we had golf passes, so we were able to go out and take some more pictures!!

After golf we went out to eat and then went back to the hotel to play with Braden and get ready for bed.

Houston!!

We spent about a week and a half in Houston for Scott's work. Braden and mom had a lot of time together in a very small hotel room! Braden started rolling over a little and he is giggling a lot now! Below are a few pics of the fun we had!

It was fun when Dad came home! He gave mom a break and we got to go out and have fun! We were tired of all the eating out by the end but it was fun to pick a different place every night! Here are some picks of a park we went to near NASA.

Dedication at Church

Last Sunday Braden was dedicated at our wonderful church, Watermark! It was awesome to see all the new faces we've met this last year and hear cheering from the student section for Braden. It was a special time for our family of 3.

Pumpkin Searching

The week before Halloween we went pumpkin searching! We found a few good ones and when we get back from Houston we plan on putting Braden in one! =) You'll have to wait and see the pictures to come!

Random Pics

Here are some random pics we've taken the last couple weeks.

Braden is starting to sit better in his Bumbo seat. He'll probably be sitting on his own for xmas!!

The next few pics we took for a book we made for Braden to learn all the family members names. We'll bring it home at xmas for everyone to see. Clearly Braden got a little tired of smiling at the end. =)

Hanging out with Dad.

Braden is peaking out the door to see who's there.

Braden fell asleep and Aunt Julia and Dad felt like wrapping him in mom's sweater and taking a few pictures. He's so peaceful when he sleeps!
